Our standard is to ship within 3 business days of order, with receipt in 8 business days. That said, shipping is a little wacky right now. Once you order is processed we will email you tracking information so you know when to expect your item. While we can’t guarantee a delivery window, we can guarantee we’ll be there to help if things get weird. Sorry we can’t offer anything more concrete at the moment.

How to return

Contact us at shop@ALGOSA.ch within 7 days of receiving your bag to initiate a return. We will send you a shipping label and instructions.

Conditions

You items must be in their original, unused condition.
